Develop Leadership Skills through education/training programs and opportunities for service on committees and special projects.

Advocate on critical issues and policy affecting Latinas, their families and communities.

Assist young Latinas and new members in the community by introducing them to others who can share experiences with them and offer guidance in career development and opportunities for community involvement.

Mentor Hermanitas (little sisters) through MANA de Kansas City and empower young Latinas to live healthy lives filled with powerful and positive options.
